The room was adequate given the price paid.
Poor service at check-in and at breakfast. Breakfast not particularly good. Far too many overnight coach parties. Not the ambience the word "Hydro" implies. Not a luxury hotel.

Poor parking.Poor access with suit cases both into hotel and to rooms up and down stairs??. Poor water hot water service.Turned on tap ...no hot water phoned housekeeping to enquire resolution was to keep running till comes through(this seemed to be a rehearsed response) when eventually came through after at least 10minutes the pressure was poor.Room was average. Overall for a hilton hotel stay was dissapointing.
